Privacy Policy

The short version: we keep only what we need to run SignalVault, mostly public wallet addresses and payment records. We never ask for your keys, never sell your data, and anything on the blockchain is public by nature.

01Who is responsible

Horizon Digital LLC operates SignalVault and is responsible for the limited data described here.

02What we collect

Your wallet's public address, when you connect and sign in. Signing in only proves the wallet is yours; it never moves money.
Purchase and rental records: the strategy, the wallet that paid, the amount, the payment's transaction ID and the date, plus the paid-through date for rentals.
Your vault's public address and settings, such as which strategies are on and how much of the vault each one uses.
Messages you send us, such as support emails and anything you include in them.
Basic technical data that our hosting provider records when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used for security and to keep the site running.

03What we never collect

We never ask for or store private keys, seed phrases or recovery words. Payments are made on the Solana blockchain from your own wallet, so we never see card numbers or bank details.

04Public blockchain data

Your payments, your vault, its trades and any withdrawals are recorded on the public Solana blockchain. Anyone can see them, and nobody, including us, can change or delete them.

05How we use it

To run the service: confirm payments, unlock what you bought or rented, keep track of rental dates and run automated trading for your vault.
To answer support requests and resolve payment problems.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

06Cookies and storage

The site keeps your sign-in in your browser's session storage so you stay signed in while the tab is open. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

07Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service, such as our hosting provider and Solana network service providers, and only as needed for them to do so, or where the law requires it. To show prices in SOL we look up the public SOL/USD price from price services; no personal data is sent to them.

08How long we keep it

Purchase records for as long as you own the strategy and SignalVault operates it, and rental records for up to 24 months after the rental ends, for accounting, tax and dispute records. Support emails for up to 24 months. Hosting logs are kept for a short time by our hosting provider.

09Security

We hold no keys to your vault. Records are stored with access controls and encryption in transit. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so please keep your own wallet safe.

10Your choices

Email support@signalvault.trade to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Some records must be kept for legal or accounting reasons, and data on the public blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone. SignalVault is not meant for anyone under 18.

11Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
